Campbell's Soup Cans.

Some people might say that he is not an artist but a businessman. Not like any other so-called artist, he publicly chased after money and fame. When he started to receive attention in the 60s, he rented an art studio and named it as the 'factory' and hired 'art workers' to 'produce' paintings like they are products from the assembly line. This person with unusual view towards art is later became known as the leading figure of the pop art, Andy Warhol. Many of his works include iconic American product such as the Campbell's soup cans, Coca-Cola bottles, as well as paintings of celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley, symbolizing the consumer and market culture of the states.

When I saw the Campbell's soup cans in home, they reminded me of about the artist and  his work that I've seen in the New York. So I decided took the picture of this two and an empty can standing and upload it on my blog. It's just a photo of cans, but some how means something to me.
